- Place 2 cups of sourdough into a mixing bowl. (Active or discard sourdough)
- Next, put in remaining ingredients; salt, oil, honey, baking soda, eggs, and maple syrup.
- Once all ingredients are in your mixing bowl, mix well to ensure ingredients are all incorporated fully.
- Your batter is now ready to cook.
Notes
**To customize pancakes with fruits or fillers, make the batter as described above and then place any fruit or topping onto the pancake right after it is poured into the skillet!
